Clinical Account Specialist

RIWOspine, USA is recruiting for a new Clinical Specialist position.

Primary responsibility is supporting endoscopic spine surgery cases at a RIWOspine account in the Philadelphia area. On-site support includes ensuring equipment ready for cases, providing technical support during surgical cases, and ongoing training for hospital staff.

Also responsible for assisting at other accounts and helping with RIWOspine training courses.

Experience in the OR setting is strongly preferred and knowledge of spine and/or endoscopic procedures is a plus. This is a great opportunity for scrub techs, OR nurses, surgical sales reps, and other perioperative personnel. The position is primarily in the Philadelphia area with 15% travel outside of this area. Salary of $80k+ commensurate with experience.

RIWOspine, USA is recruiting for an Operations Clerk for its Alpharetta, Georgia office. Be part of a small team that is having a big effect on the way spine surgery is performed.

Primary responsibility is to manage the demonstration inventory used by surgeon to learn and assess endoscopic spine techniques. Duties include receiving, shipping and processing (cleaning and testing) the demonstration equipment.

Secondary responsibility is to assist with Customer Service and be able to receive and process customer orders.

A high school degree is required and some college is a definite plus. Some computer skills are required. Candidates for this position should live in the Alpharetta / Atlanta area, be able to lift 30 lbs, and must have an excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
